For mine, the settings can be changed in: Start > Programs > Pen Tablet > Pen Tablet Properties (Just play around with the settings until you find something that's comfortable for you)

My current brush is a variant of O_8's generic brush. Here: [link]
I just reduce the size to 19, instead of using 35.

Moost of it was just a 0.7mm (or 0.5?) mechanical pencil on sketch paper. The drawing on the bottom right is partially digital, and for that I used a generic photoshop brush with a grey color.

Does that help?

I'm using a small, older Bamboo, and since it doesn't have the same dimensions as my screen the X-axis and Y-axis don't move at the same rate (Waving left and right with the stylus makes the cursor move faster than waving up and down, so it's very different from what you're probably using). I also like pressing harder on the tablet, so I had to adjust the feedback for the tablet itself. Just keep these changes in mind because you might get different results.

I forgot to ask which settings you wanted. I've changed some things since this picture, so did you want this older brush here or the one I'm using now?

The one in this picture is the default brush you start with (In the brush size drop-down menu, they are there at the top: The round ones with the hard edges). For the sizes, I rotated between 3, 5, and 9. I don't think I changed anything else (If I remember correctly). 'Shape Dynamics' and 'Smoothing' in the Brush Presets were probably turned on too.
